The Actors Emotional Support Group is an exclusive, therapist-led forum for adult actors and performers seeking guidance and support in navigating the emotional, relational, and creative complexities of life in the performing arts. This confidential group operates under strict HIPAA privacy standards, and all participants are expected to uphold the highest level of discretion to foster a safe and trusting environment.
Facilitated by a therapist who is also a professional actor, the group offers the unique advantage of leadership with lived experience in the industry. This dual perspective ensures that participants are seen, understood, and supported in a way that is both empathetic and informed by the realities of the arts.
More than a conventional support group, this space is purposefully designed to cultivate both emotional resilience and creative growth. Participants are invited to engage in reflective dialogue, expressive exercises, and experiential practices that promote insight, healing, and artistic exploration. The group emphasizes authentic self-expression while helping actors build grounding, confidence, and a deeper connection to their creative voice.
